Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Program Overview
Sasquatch Farm RV Park offers an SMS text messaging program for reservations, park updates, special offers, and important announcements.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing, informational, and transactional text messages (SMS and MMS) from Sasquatch Farm RV Park. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when making a reservation, submitting an online form, filling out a paper form, or verbally during a conversation with our staff. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive marketing text messages as a condition of making a reservation or purchasing any goods or services from Sasquatch Farm RV Park.

Types of Messages

Reservation-related messages: approximately 2–4 messages per reservation. Marketing messages: up to 4 per month. Emergency messages: as needed.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out and Cancellation
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message to opt out at any time. You may also contact us directly by phone or email, or submit a written opt-out request via our website contact form. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages tied to an active reservation.

Carrier and Device Requirements
You must have a US-based mobile number and a device capable of two-way text messaging with a participating carrier, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
This service is offered "as-is." Sasquatch Farm RV Park is not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages, carrier issues, or any resulting damages.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide an accurate and current mobile number, notify us of any number changes, and indemnify Sasquatch Farm RV Park against claims arising from your failure to keep your contact information up to date.
Compliance with Laws
This program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, CTIA guidelines, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws. We do not send content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, or tobacco (SHAFT). Quiet Hours: we do not send marketing or promotional texts before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM local time, except for emergencies or active-reservation transactional messages.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
Dispute Resolution / Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Marion County, Tennessee.
Entire Agreement
These SMS Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy above and our general Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement regarding our text messaging program.
